PDO Carpegna Ham

PDO Carpegna Ham is an aged, cured meat product made in the township of Carpegna, in Italy’s Marche region. Its double salting and ageing of at least 14 months go towards its characteristic salmon-pink colour and flavour, which is delicate but also fragrant and aromatic.

PGI Andria Burrata

PGI Andria Burrata is a stretch-curd cow’s milk cheese made in Puglia. Its shiny white casing of stretch-curd – with its typical topknot – is filled with cream and hand-stretched stracciatella, a term deriving from this method of making the filling.

PDO Terra di Bari extra-virgin olive oil (EVO)

PDO Terra di Bari EVO is produced in the provinces of Bari and Barletta-Andria-Trani in Puglia. Made with local olive varieties (Coratina, Cima di Mola, Cima di Bitonto or Ogliarola Barese), it offers a wide range of organoleptic profiles reflecting different uses of the varieties grown in the PDO’s three geographical sub-zones.
