The most authentic expression of our cuisine, pasta, is served up in a new and contemporary key, in terms of both the quality of the ingredients (carefully chosen and privileging local produce) and the service: ready in 1 minute, for a break of pure pleasure.
And there’s not only pasta. Ribaldone’s expertise works with Autogrill’s to give people stopping off on a journey the experience of a refined restaurant, with a series of gourmet risotto recipes, one for each season. The most famous? Saffron risotto with veal shank ragout and gremolata sauce.
Star chef Andrea Ribaldone made a great impact at EXPO 2015 with his surprising Spaghetto Milano. He has earned various Michelin stars in his career, the most recent being in 2018 for the restaurants Osteria Arborina and Ai Due Camini.
