Social Impact and Partnership with Rosso 

Our widespread presence throughout the country gives us an important social role. This is why we have launched a partnership with Rosso, providing employees with a dedicated app that makes blood donation easier and faster, contributing to the support of the communities in which we operate.

 

 

 

Diversity & Inclusion: The Stories That Make Us Strong

We believe that inclusion is the engine of our culture. We develop targeted projects to value every talent:

  • PizzAut We collaborate with PizzAut to encourage the employment of young people with autism. A concrete example of this initiative’s success is Edoardo’s story: initially hired on a secondment basis of PizzAut, he is now a permanent member of the team at our Milan Duomo location.
  • Auticon Thanks to the support of Auticon’s job coaches, we welcome neurodivergent professionals into an environment capable of valuing their skills. Furthermore, Auticon consultants provide their precision for regression testing activities on our checkout systems, transforming inclusion into added value for the technological reliability of our business.
  • Progetto Più di Uno This initiative is dedicated to the workplace integration of people with Down syndrome. To date, project participants are integrated into our teams with permanent contracts, bringing expertise, dedication, and invaluable human value every day.

Riparto da Me In synergy with the Adecco Foundation and the Bollate Prison, we support the professional reintegration of individuals coming from complex life paths. The project aims to offer a new professional and social perspective through training and employment. Additionally, in 2025, we launched the “Seconda Chance” (Second Chance) project, extending our model of inclusion and reintegration support across the entire Italian territory.

Certifications: Gender Equality and Diversity

Our growth path is confirmed by significant achievements:

  • UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification: Obtained in December 2024, it attests to our constant commitment to gender equality within the company.
  • EDGE Certification: Since 2024, we have been EDGE certified, the leading global standard for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
